We booked the Lower Canyon tour, and the weather started getting windy with some rain nearby. They ended up stopping things for safety, which I completely understand because canyon weather can get serious fast.

What bothered me was how unclear everything felt after we had already paid. We spent a lot of time just waiting around, and the updates were slow. A couple of staff members told us slightly different things, so I started to feel a little unsure about whether we were actually going to be taken care of or just stuck figuring it out ourselves.

In the end, they did move us to a later slot and we were able to make it work. I appreciate that, but the whole process felt more stressful than it needed to be, especially once the money was already charged.

Yeah, so the staff got back to me fast, which was really nice, and they, like, explained everything in a way that was easy enough to understand. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

The canyon itself was really beautiful and definitely worth seeing. Maybe I was just tired or reading the situation wrong, but the guide came across as kind of rude to me at times. I kept wondering if I was being too sensitive, but it did make the experience feel a little less enjoyable overall.

We had to cancel our Lower Canyon tour after our travel plans changed at the last minute. I was a little unsure after sending the cancellation request, but they got back to me the next day and explained the process clearly enough. The refund didn’t show up right away, which I guess is normal with card refunds, and it took a few business days to post. In the end, they did exactly what they said they would, so I can’t really complain. I’d give it 4 stars because it would’ve been helpful if the waiting time was made a bit clearer upfront.

Our guide shared some Navajo meanings and stories along the way, and that made the canyon feel so much more special than just walking through and taking photos. I do wish we had a little more time because it felt a bit rushed at moments, but overall I left feeling really grateful and moved by the experience.

I booked through Antelope Canyon Adventures, i wish the access info had been a little more upfront. The canyon itself is gorgeous, but there are steep metal ladders, tight areas, sand, and uneven steps, which made it really hard for my dad since he has knee issues.
The staff were kind and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend this tour for anyone with mobility problems. I just wish the website made that clearer before you pay, because it just felt..

Check-in took way longer than we expected... the staff seemed a little confused about what was going on. We ended up missing the time we had planned, which was frustrating.

The canyon itself was absolutely stunning, it felt like every few steps there was another spot worth photographing. Our guide was great too and knew all the best angles, plus helped with camera settings so the pictures came out way better than I expected. It did get a little crowded in some areas, but it was still completely worth it.

It was hard to get decent photos without people constantly in the shot. For the price, I expected a little more time and better organization. Not a terrible experience, just not as good as I hoped.

I checked antelopelowercanyon.com before our trip, and the bag policy was easy to find, at least I think it was once I knew where to look. It laid out what we could and couldn’t bring, which definitely helped us avoid guessing at check-in. I’ll say it probably could be more obvious on the booking page, but overall it made things less stressful. Helpful info, just maybe not placed in the best spot.

i mean, the parking was close, so that was nice, but the signs weren’t super clear. We ended up having to ask someone where we were supposed to go.

The views were absolutely unreal. I Loved every minute of it and didn’t want to leave.
